Interstellar.plus is a strategic growth consultancy specialising in growth architecture, working with founders and leadership teams across entertainment, music, technology, and creative-tech.

We support organisations as they grow and change, particularly at points where existing structures, decision-making, and ways of working no longer support the pace or direction of the business. As organisations scale, complexity increases and progress can slow without clear alignment; both internally and in how the organisation moves into new markets and opportunities.

Our role is to help leadership teams regain clarity and design organisational foundations that support sustainable growth and long-term progress.

Our Founder

Matthew Hoag

Matthew Hoag has spent more than three decades working across music, entertainment, and technology, building and leading projects in international environments.

He began his career in music and entertainment, contributing to large-scale festivals and producing internationally recognised music. Over time, his work expanded into strategic roles within technology-driven companies as they grew, entered new markets, and navigated periods of change.

Working with organisations at different stages of growth shaped Matthew’s perspective on what enables sustainable progress. That experience, combined with long-standing professional relationships across the music, entertainment, and technology sectors, led to the creation of Interstellar.plus.

Today, Matthew leads the consultancy’s work with clients, supported by a wider group of specialists whose expertise spans strategy, operations, creative direction, marketing, and business affairs.
